Are your cartridges genuine?

Yes. Tonersa sells only genuine, original-brand toner and drum cartridges — never compatible or remanufactured. Each item is supplied new in its original packaging.

How do I find the right cartridge for my printer?

Check the cartridge code printed on your current cartridge or in your printer manual (for example HP 126A, Canon 045, Brother TN-243). Search that code on our site, or browse by brand.

What's the difference between a single colour and a Complete Set?

On colour cartridges you can buy any single colour (black, cyan, magenta or yellow) or the Complete Set — all four colours together at a lower combined price.

Do you ship from the USA?

Yes. Every order ships from the United States with tracked delivery. Typical delivery is 3–7 business days after dispatch.

What is your return policy?

Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days. Email support@tonersa.com with your order number to start a return.

What is a drum unit?

A drum unit transfers toner onto the page. Some printers use a separate drum that outlasts several toner cartridges; replace it when print quality drops.
