Buying the right toner is easy once you know your cartridge number. Here's how.

1. Find your cartridge number

The fastest way: look at the cartridge currently in your printer — the code is printed on the label (for example HP 126A, Canon 045, Brother TN-243). You can also find it in your printer's manual or on the manufacturer's website under your printer model.

2. Search that number on Tonersa

Type the cartridge code into the search box, or browse by brand (HP, Canon, Brother). Each product page lists the cartridge it replaces.

3. Choose colour or a Complete Set

For colour printers you can buy a single colour (black, cyan, magenta or yellow) or the Complete Set — all four colours together at a lower combined price.

4. Toner vs drum

Toner is the powder that prints. Some printers also use a separate drum unit that lasts longer — replace it only when print quality drops even after a fresh toner.
